Do you accept debit and credit cards? 

Yes. This is the preferred method of payment or bank transfer.

Is there an administration charge when I buy from you?

No, I have never asked for this.

Do you take my old car in part exchange? 

Yes I will always take vehicles/motorcycles in exchange. Preferably would like to see. Email valuations are not to the customers advantage.

Do I get a service book with my car?

Every car is prepared and the service book marked with the appropriate work carried out.  Existing customers please leave your book in the car when we see it for annual service and MOT.

Where are you from Hitchin?

Drive along A505 and turn left up Wilbury Hills Road. At the brow of the hill turn right opposite the pub (used to be called the Wilbury). This is Icknield Way, we are down there on the right hand side.
